Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Wikivec Inc. (“we”) collects when you use Animation App Online, and why. The short version: your drawings, your frames, your sound recordings and your videos never leave your device. If you buy Lifetime, we keep your email address and the fact that you bought it; Stripe handles the payment.

Drawings, microphone and animations

What you draw is saved in your browser's storage on your device, and videos, GIFs and PNG frames are made inside your browser. We never receive or store them. They stay until you delete them, or until your browser clears the site's data (Safari does this after 7 days without a visit, unless the site is on your Home Screen). Background pictures and sound files you pick are processed the same way, on your device. The studio asks your browser for the microphone only if you record a voice-over (Lifetime), and never uses the camera.

What we do collect

• Standard request logs from our host (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for security and reliability.
• Anonymous counts: how many visits drew 12 frames (and whether mostly with a pen, a finger or a mouse), how many videos were made, and how many people tapped Lifetime. These use a random number made for each page visit and kept only in memory, never a cookie or anything that identifies you.
• Anonymous usage statistics: which pages are viewed and which tools are used, without cookies and without any drawings, images or sound.
• If you make an account (needed only to buy Lifetime): your email address and sign-in records, held by Clerk, and a record of your Lifetime purchase (date, amount and Stripe receipt link). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We use your email for your account and receipts, not for marketing.
• If you pick a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only.

Animation App Online shows no ads and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in, Clerk sets the cookies that keep you signed in.

Who processes data for us

• Vercel: hosting the website, and anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, which tools are used), without cookies. Data: IP address and request logs; pages viewed, tool events, referring site, browser type, approximate country.
• Upstash: storing whether an account has Lifetime, and anonymous counters. Data: your account ID and Lifetime purchase record, if you have an account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, and to object to or restrict its use. You can delete your account any time from your account(Manage account › Delete account): that deletes what we hold about you. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as the law requires. Or write to us and we'll do it for you.

Children

Animation App Onlineis a general-audience site and isn't directed at children under 13. The free studio collects nothing that identifies anyone. Making an account and buying Lifetime are for people aged 13 or over; a parent or guardian can buy for a younger child.
